Found this place after reading the good reviews on the eating. and eating was excellent the andra huh was great. ditto on the cocosh chicken, saag, chicken browns and the biryani. the service could have been smoother as it seemed that the manager who was super nice was wearing several guards of maitre de, host, cashier and server. the ambiente of the front double opening and closing caused a pretty drop in attempt, as it snows out and many of the diners still wore their jacken at dinner (so not warm and cozy). Perhaps with a cross passage in the double it would be controlled more temperature. the bathroom can use a more frequent cleaning. soaks are so that only so would recommend the owners to advise on their website to say byob. I would like to see that this place is successful and appeals to some of the hospitality related themes, so they look forward to the return next year when we come back to the ski.
It was obvious that they were short workers. we finished our meal before we even get a refill of water. eating was great, but hope they get another server before we get back.
The food was lovely! We went with a friend who had a dairy allergy and asked for no cream; there was a misunderstanding and she got the wrong food but the wait staff was so kind and fixed everything to more than our satisfaction.
The atmosphere could use some improvement as well—the front double doors opened and closed frequently, causing a cold draft. Many diners were still wearing their jackets during dinner, which made it feel less warm and cozy. Perhaps installing a vestibule at the entrance could help with temperature control. The restrooms also need more frequent cleaning. As for beverages, it would be helpful if the owners advised patrons on their website to bring their own, as the drink options weren’t very impressive. I truly hope this restaurant thrives and addresses some of these hospitality issues. I'm looking forward to returning next year when we come back for skiing.
