Smashburger - Draper

I ordered two burgers to go and once I got home I only received one burger. I went on calling them so many times and nobody has responded on the phone. The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. The store was closed once I came back.

Five stars. They really do smash your burgers, mine was thin as paper, I looked into the back and they hard a hydrolic press that they were smashing the burgers with. The fries were great and they were smashed as well. Five stars. Five star. Five sta. Five st

Food is a bit pricey but still good. Soda dispenser was out of ice or broken with no concern from the staff which may be an oversight. The staff in general are kind and helpful. The company should make available items through the app to be used to up sale on larger items which employees can't currently do. Portion size is a bit on the small size for the cost.

Place has really gone downhill. Run by a bunch of teenagers. “Manager” was VERY rude and interrupted the poor girl putting in our order to put in his own order. Talked down to the employees. Place was dirty as hell. Food was sub par.

Went there for the Veterans Day special. The burger was incredible, and so was the staff and service.
