Apollo Burger - Draper

The lobby is poorly maintained, and could use better cleaning. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was well made. The burger I got, the Utah burger, was good. I would come here again, but only if I were in the area. Not somewhere worth going out of the way for.

This was my third attempt to get non-burnt onion rings. Third time is not a charm. They were too burnt and the flavor was ruined. I would have rated them higher if the onion rings were only “slightly” burnt. The burgers are delicious but they just haven’t mastered how to use the fryer

Terrible experience at this Apollo Burger… I asked if they could use the Vegan patty on the mushroom burger… after waiting in line at the drive thru for 10 minutes, I drove home to discover not only had they wrapped the thing in lettuce and left off the bun for some reason, but I also bit into a piece of cardboard… maybe they confused it for a mushroom while cooking?! Will not be back…

Location is gross and poor food. Looking run down and in need of a face lift. Ordered two shakes, both were runny about like buttermilk, did not need a spoon for the shake only needed a straw, purchased two medium shakes, about 1/2 was whipped cream, $3-5 for one scoop of ice cream!! Simply disappointed in the quality of the food.

If I could leave no stars I would. No wonder this place looks like it’s not busy, it isn’t. The inside is disgusting! The place is run down, as majority of the seats are torn up. Dried ketchup is all over the place and you can tell it’s been there for weeks. The restaurant has a sign up asking patrons to be patient with them due to shortages… if you can’t clean up the drink station or tables, or your restrooms, close the dining room down and do drive through only. My hamburger wasn’t even cooked, it was bright pink. When I brought it to their attention, the girl was mortified that the cook passed off the hamburger that way. The lady running the grill was irritated that I wanted a cooked hamburger and not food poisoning. From other reviews this seems to be a common thing, which leads me to believe if they have no problem doing that, what other food borne illnesses or contamination is going on there. Looks like the Health Department needs to make a visit. I will not be returning to this location and would advise anyone else thinking to visit here to do the same or until there is some care taken to the way food is prepped and served.
