Expects a burger here to cook the meat to perfection. they killed the meat in a dry gray pulp. but to be fair, it took 30 min to make no wonder.

I am not a keer that likes to write bad reviews, especially if I love the concept of the restaurant, and I am above average interested in meat and prepping it. but here it is. i ordred a 300g old bark meat, medium to raw. what I got was a bark meat that was what I would say is well made plus, and chew, I felt that the meat was ruined so that I send it back to the chef. (i hate to do this and never done before) they took it back and said it was medium to raw, and the loss of red koulor through the flesh is normal because of ageing. from my knowledge I know that the ageing of the bark should break the fibers to give more taste and tenderness the meat that should be gray as the smoke ring on the meat, only at the rande of the meat. So I was a little disappointed. I also tried the local court and it was another apartment, the meat was tender and the taste was at the place, they also had a good local beer all in all just a two star of me. And believe me, I will try the restaurator again because I love the strept and will change the review accordingly if it is better.
