Bidrage med feedbackMy favorite Doylestown pizza place. Beautifully authentic and constructed wood fired pizzas made by an owner who loves his craft and is almost always present. The pizzas are fantastic, but the unspoken star is the Ceaser salad. Easily the best I've ever had and a great starter. Order at the shop or go to Hopscotch, the bar, and they'll bring it to your table where you can match it with a smoked old fashioned.
The only authentic Neapolitan style pizza in the area. Thin, soft crust. Cooked quickly in a wood fired brick oven. This is not New York style pizza. You need to give this a try. There will always be a char on the crust it 's not burnt , that 's the way it 's supposed to be. The smokey wood fire taste is noticeable. Sauce is light and fresh tasting. The place gets busy, and your order may not be ready for pick up exactly when they say.
This is the best pizza in doylestown hands down and there salads are simply the best
The wood fire pizza was delicious. The pepperoni and fresh mushrooms topped the zesty pizza sauce and fresh mozzarella. The crust was crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside very tantalizing on the tongue. Alexa was polite and attentive. The fire oven provide nice warm heat on a cool October evening.
The pizza here is unique and worth trying. Prices are reasonable and overall experience was great. My complaints are the thinness that made it hard to consume the pizza. I also wish they added more cheese. Still a great place. 4.25 stars
