Panda Express - Downey

It is not my favorite place to eat Chinese food but I must be honest the place is really clean and the food is good (not the best but it is edible)the prices are about right you don't get much food like any other Chinese restaurants like the WOK at Lakewood and Stewart &Gray but in general if there is not other options available the restaurant is ok

Noticed random people were leaving this location at 740; a guy walked away from the door as we were walking towards the door saying its closed. When we decided to double check because we noticed online hours to 8pm, they hesitated to let us in you could see she was unpleased at us choosing to see our options, which were rice and orange chicken. The server and person who opened the door for us and the cashier were all displayed no customer service skills.

They were closing 30 minutes before their closing time and only had Orange chicken left out. Server was extremely rude when I asked if I can purchase some.

Slowly the food has become unrecognizable. I don't know if it's the person preparing the food or they changed where they get their ingredients from. The quality and taste is now terrible. I will no longer order from this location.

This is the worst Panda Express I've ever gone to, the serving size gets smaller each visit. This time I got the big plate with 2 entrees with one entree being the orange chicken and they literally gave me 4 pieces of orange chicken, there was a 5th piece but it was so small it can't be counted. If you actually want to get your money's worth go to another location.
