The Trident - Downend

This is a fantastic restaurant! The indoor and outdoor dining options are excellent, making it convenient to bring your dogs along. The rooms are outstanding and offer a lovely view close to the city. It's truly a perfect place to stay!

I was pleasantly surprised, as this place hasn't been one of my favorites in the past. The pub has always had good food and drinks, but the atmosphere is much more enjoyable than before. I went mainly to watch the band performing that night, which I have followed and appreciated over the years. This time, they featured a Brazilian artist, Chris Archela, along with talented bass and drum musicians. The combination of the pub's great acoustics for the music, excellent service, and lovely ambiance made for a fantastic visit.
