The Strand - Dowagiac

The options were very limited. I don't know if she's pared her menu because of COVID-19, but there wasn't much for vegan, not even an impossible burger as ratings said. I got a side salad and French pommes because there was really nothing else.

Cool vibe-went with 5 others not veg menschen. the place had just difficulty because a guy jumping the fence on the terrace so they don't open the terrace or try their own beer on our visit. the guests taps were good and were happy about a beyond Burger option, but limited menu for vegan/veg folks. beautiful view from window/terrace to one of the sister lakes above the road.

Busy place, a ton of servers! Nice view of lake, fast service even though it was busy. Past 6PM, there is a wait. Beer selection is ok. Food is better. Cheese curds were very good.

This was a great experience! The food was fantastic, and the service was solid. Great outdoor patio, and inside dining available as well. They have a nice separate area for music which featured a pretty darn good trio playing. Cornhole was also an option. This place would be a great experience for just about anyone for the age of 4-90 years old. We will definitely be back there.

Our family had a great time. The mixed drinks and beers were good. Our server was excellent and SO friendly. Our two year old had a great time running around while mom and dad could relax. The view of the lake was relaxing and the live music made for a great atmosphere. The ribs were melt off the bone-highly recommended.
