Great food most of the time not always the friendliest service tho

Manager was rude and wouldn’t give us a side of cookie dough for our ice cream. Offered to pay more for it on the side and they refused saying it isn’t their policy then refused to give us her name, for a complaint. Called multiple other stores afterwards and they all said they could do that without any issues.

Place is a lot more run down since the last time I was there.

Took way too long to get our food and the staff was standing around talking and laughing.

I went thru the drive thru as I have many times before always order the same thing. Chicken strip basket and strawberry shake. When I got my shake it was white with no Strawberry chunks in it as it normally does it was white instead of pink. I asked them to remake it and spoke to Megan who was very rude and stated she’d have to charge me to remake my shake, that wasn’t even right. I asked for her name, she told me it was megan and then asked why do I need to know her name. I responded because I’m going to make a complaint and she began to argue with me until I said I wasn’t going to argue with her and left.
