Wendy's - Dover

Got my order just right and Jeff the manager is a great guy

I would rather give this place zero stars. I don 't know what happened to Wendy 's in the past couple years but they have gone from fast food that I enjoyed to fast food I despise. Across the board....its not just this Wendy 's. They don 't listen to special requests like, no ketchup or mayonnaise . They are slow and the food is just not very good. I don 't think I will ever be going back to a Wendy 's again. I 've been let down too often !!!

Depending on the staff that's present when you go in. Pretty good. Depending on who is preparing your food.

Got the order right. Unlike others. Used my name to address me ghost pepper chicken was a little dry. No sauce on it but still good

There were three customers in the restaurant, several employees on deck but yet all the tables were dirty and sticky, condiments and ketchup were not stocked, my food was lukewarm rather than freshly hot...took two bites and felt grossed out so I trashed my entire meal and exited. Simply cleaning off the tables, sweeping the floor, and warmer food would have done the trick, but nope. I won't be back. Oh, but I will say the young lady at the register was very pleasant and polite. No complaints about her. I don't recommend this Wendy's. Fast food should still be hot, and the venue should always be clean.
