Idk why there are so many complaints on here. they always get my order right, and it's always ready by the time I get there, which is always within 15-20 minutes. every once in a while, there's a minor issue in quality or accuracy, but nobody's perfect. and my good experiences*far* outnumber negative experiences. They have the best food. I would eat there every day if I could. They are good people and I have never had a problem with the service. I assume some reviews are just because of the cultural differences and most people aren't accustomed to it. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
