Golden Corral Buffet Grill

Golden Corral always has great food to choose from. I love to get the steak and the pizza. I go here all the time whenever I feel the need to pig out. You cannot go wrong with the buffet at this location. Well worth the price for the food you get. Also, I order Golden Corral to go.

Bottom line: If you've ever been to a buffet before then you aren't reading this for information, you're just procrastinating instead of deciding where to eat. Otherwise, please read on. This is pretty well what you would expect. Everything is just so OK. Nothing is amazing, nothing is terrible. It's basically Thanksgiving food that has been purposefully under-seasoned so that it doesn't offend anyone's taste. The service was a surprise, it was better than many a place I've been in this town.

My first time at Golden Corral! It was a nice experience. The food was good. I especially enjoyed the made to order omelet. It was perfect! We had french toast, steak, cheesy hash browns, fresh fruit, fried chicken, plantains, and more. The server was great. He kept filling our coffee cups and clearing the plates.

Always try to go before the rush, food and service is always good. It is unnerving to see people loading up their bags with whatever they see fit. Not sure how the Douglasville store makes a profit with all the food that is stolen from there. Any time you see someone at the food bar with an arm bag like you would see at the beach, it’s a red flag.

The price was OK, the service was better, I never had an empty cup. Now the food.......underwhelming, I've had both breakfast and lunch. The breakfast was only OK and that's because the make you own omelet hard carried, the other choose your own was unsatisfactory. Now the lunch was 2/10 the most limited options in food I've ever seen and none of it was noteworthy in the least. Just because the lunch I can't come back here. I would give a 2/5 stars but again the service was great and I haven't tried the dinner and probably won't.
