American Deli - Douglasville

A call to the order makes absolutely no difference. You begin to prepare your food only after you? ve arrived. Then we have to wait 20 minutes if we arrive after a call to order. I'm not going to waste my time on this kind of facilities again.

After the new management, customer service is just excellent! The manager is friendly although he is very loud. And the chefs and cashiers are very well spoken and funny. Would definitely come back.

NOT ORDER OF DIESER LOCATION-My Garlic Parmesan Wings tasted spoiled and the manager said we never had this problem. So I'm $30. I said I would bring her back (even if I lived in Villa Rica), but he wouldn't give me my money back. Then he put the young lady on the phone, she told me when the box is open and showed you no refund. That's really sad that they can sell spoiled food and disappear with it. I work hard for taking my money for someone from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You don't deserve a star at all!! UPSET NO LONGER A CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An hour to get it. No stars we are over boiled and dried very hard no dressing for my soggy salad half of the toppings were not there and no forks or napkins were given

The food was nasty, I think it could be better. I had the teriyaki sauce and it had a nasty taste?it wasn?t teriyaki sauce at all I have no idea what that was! The rice smelled so bad that I couldn?t even eat it any more.
