Snaefell Summit Café - Douglas

Clean, modern and welcoming with a good selection a quality of drinks and food. In addition to information about the cable car (in written, poster and video format), there are many decorative details that add value to this remote refreshment site.

Must be both for the wonderful Heather covered mountains on the way there as well as for the view when you arrive. Drive by car or by train. So or so, some of the most beautiful views of the island

We were lucky on the day of our visit to the top of Snaefell, as the views were excellent from Wales to Eire. The wind was gale strength, but worth the effort. The restaurant was warm and welcoming with hot drinks and dishes.

Excellent coffee, hot chocolate and cakes, delicious during 20 minute wait for return journey. Rest of menu looked good too.

After the long and tiring trip to the top of snaefell. Exhausted from sitting on the electric tram for forty minutes. It was time for a beer and a scone! It was delightful too! Can't fault the service and products available.
