Chimera - Douglas

The counter staff was very welcoming and told us most entrees can be veganized. We tried the smothered burrito with tempeh fauxrizo and potatoes covered in a spicy sauce, the Twinster tofu scramble with adzuki bacon, and the tortilla chips with butternut queso dip. All of the portions were huge, delicious and reasonably priced. Also offers a nice selection of local microbeers on draft. We would definitely recommend Chimera to anyone visiting Tulsa.

The food at Chimera is delicious, homemade and feels like it’s made with LOVE. Anything on the menu can be made vegan and they have gluten free options. We had the Buffalo cauliflower which is the best I’ve had yet, spicy, flavorful and amazing vegan blue cheese. I would be a regular here if I lived locally.

I love Chimera and it saved me a thousand times when I went to visit Tulsa last year. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful cafe with friendly staff and delicious vegan options. they also have a whole series of vegan baked I was so excited about this). has beatnik burger ordered and it was so delicious. will definitely be back when I'm over.
