Rising Smoke - Double Springs

Food is super good, very friendly staff. First time visit, was very impressed. We got take out, got the full slab of ribs they were excellent, so good and the Cole slaw was amazing as well, we had really no wait at all. We will go back again. And will recommend this place to everyone.

What part of 'extra white sauce on the side ' could the order taker at the drive through not comprehend? This was third time I 've stopped by to get sandwiches. And each time I have repeatedly asked for extra sauces. Which must come from this person 's pocketbook as the same person each time FAILS to add them to my order. Yes, I want sauce on my pulled chicken sandwich and yes I want extra white sauce the side. See not difficult to understand at all. Service could be faster, and the wait staff needs personality boost. Very dour when dealing with public. As this is the only BBQ joint I will continue to patronize but with expectations of not having ever item I order be present in bag when I get home, unfriendly service.
