Taco Bell - Dothan

I have an oddly specific order that is sometimes hard to get right. When I went yesterday, they nailed it. A great job from the crew at Taco Bell RCC east

I was startled at the level of genuine friendliness in the voice greeting me at the drive-thru menu. It was a welcome change after an awful morning. The young man was polite, professional, thorough, and helpful. Middle of lunch rush and he was as cool as a cucumber. (And the entire meal was ready in record time. Given how truly awful the average customer service is in this area, it always stands out when someone is not only good at their job but goes above and beyond. This was not just an excellent meal experience, it was a great moment in my tough day. Everyone is going through a mountain of their own , and it serves no one to come to a job with the intention of sharing a sour attitude with everyone. People who do well deserve praise as well as compensation. I lost my receipt and couldn't get through on the tacobell website, so I wanted to make sure and leave a Thank You and recognition here for the hard work and great attitude of the crew. A

Usually don't have a problem. Came by on my lunch, ordered a chalupa cravings box and some Cinnabon delights, I also ordered the chalupa with no tomatoes and the beefy 5 layered burrito with no beans. What I got was a burrito with tomatoes and lettuce and a chalupa with tomatoes and a cheese taco. The cinnabons were cinnamon twists. I didn't have time to go back and get what I actually wanted to eat for lunch. I can't leave a survey because they don't ever give out the receipts and no one is answering the phone. It rings multiple times and them all I get is the busy tone.

The wait staff are rude and abrupt...even simple orders take several minutes to deliver and by then your meal is cold and unappetizing. Avoid this restaurant.

The Taco Bell on the south side has either hired new cooks, new manager, or something. The food is great at the Taco Bell across from Southeast Health aka Medical Center hospital.We ordered 2 chicken quesadillas. 2 Chicken Power Bowels, 2 chicken bean burritos to eat for a couple days. It was ALL good. I highly recommend them.
