Bidrage med feedbackFirst experience at Hot 's Deli based on a mention by a neighbor. My wife ordered the Santa Fe Wrap with the Greek Pasta Salat and I chose the Rueben Sandwich with Fries. Great taste and meal size was considerable! Possibly strange, I would notice that the packaging to go was very efficient and solid for transportation. The staff was friendly and the business was clean. In any case will return and recommend!
Not impressed. Prices seem very high, especially for the quality of food. My son really wanted pizza for lunch, and while I had never eaten at hots, I knew that pizza was on the menu. I ordered him seven cheese and pepperoni. So first there is no crust to hold on the outside so that you either put your fingers in the beats or eat with a knife and fork. I decided knife and fork was the way to go because my son is 5 and didn't want to deal with the mess. That brings me to issue #2. Calling a pizza is a route. It has pizza toppings and pizza sauce, and it's about where the similarities end. This was clearly a tortilla chest that would bring this closer to a queen than a pizza. Crust is really the wrong word because it implies grief or firmness. It didn't. It was about what you expected from a Floppy Tortilla with fat toppings. The sandwich I had was not bad, but it was probably the biggest vanilla sandwich I had outside of two slices of white bread and a few Oscar Mayer deli meat.
As a family we were twice this restaurant to place our foods on the shelf while others were served or provided with their meals and from the door. The only time we were helped is when our order was placed, but we were passed on several times and never recognized. The cashier in the front who had taken our order finally realized that we were still standing there and went and took our bag out of the shelf. We were both there between 15 and 20 minutes, and we saw others coming in after us being served or picking them up to go orders and go the door. We're not back. Because this restaurant loves every money, but obviously not everyone.
To be fair, I've only been here once, so maybe I just went on a free day... But I wanted a good reub since I moved here and that's what made me do. The place seemed clean and comfortable, and the staff was nice enough, but I decided to go my sandwich. As soon as I got my new home and didn't rape it, I was immediately disappointed. It was small for a sandwich I was just $7 for... Although the 'fills' were pretty good, there was a lot to him, and the sandwich type bread began to steal at the edges... I had to add the meal with a bowl of cereal so I wouldn't get hungry again. I really think there's a good potential here, but I don't know if I'll be back soon. Hopefully, when and when I do, it will take into account the reputation of the reputation process.
This is my favorite place in Dothan to get a sandwich! The turkey sandwich is SO GOOD! I come in here at least once a week, lol. The staff is also top notch. One in particular (I believe her name starts with a J) but she brings the food out, and she is always so nice and makes sure everyone has everything they need! I love coming here. Thank you hots deli!
