Goldfingers - Dothan

My honest review here for this place. my eating was really good and hot. came out in time and the sweet tee was delicious. I have the 6pc lemon pfeffer combo and tried 10pn boneless wing (honey senf)

Eating was hot, wings were excellent. the manager was very nice and the rest of the staff. I enjoy my meal every time I go there. in any case something they want to try

Ordered chicken fingers, fries and corn nuggets. Also asked for medium sauce and ranch for the fingers, even paid for the extra sauce, and we got cold fries, cold nuggets, cold fingers and soggy bread... Eating out is becoming more overrated than ever! Can't even get hit food and the sides asked for .. I am done with these folks

I had to wait in line a long time at the drive through. Then I waited several minutes before I was acknowledged at the drive thru speaker. When I finally made it to the window the cashier asked for an additional $3. When I asked why she said the prices went up. I explained the sign is supposed to reflect the prices and she said yes hold on. Then comes back and said the prices went up last week and asks for a payment as if I didn't say anything. I again said you are not charging me correctly that's not what the sign says. The cashier got another associate. This one said hey our prices went up and we can't do a price adjustment even though the sign is wrong. I said I'm not paying more that's false advertising and asked if she was the manager. She said no. I asked to speak to a manager and she said I don't know if she's here but hold old. I can see the clerk walk back to an open door and speak to someone. She then walks away. I wait for a few more minutes and no one comes to the window or even comes out of the office so I left. If you're gonna change prices you should change the sign first.

They run specials but are not staffed to handle orders. I have ordered online twice each time I showed up and my ticket was on the counter but my order was not prepared. They start cooking after you stand in line for 15 minutes to pick up the order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. 30 minutes to an hour later your order is ready. Once shame on you twice shame on me. NOT AGAIN!!!
