Bidrage med feedbackI recently visited a restaurant that exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. Despite being a fast food place, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was enjoyable. As a 70-year-old and a larger person, I was particularly impressed when an associate took my tray to our table and even fetched the Barbecue sauce for me. The food itself was fantastic, especially the pulled pork plate special and the delicious Brunswick stew. I appreciated that they served the Barbecue sauce on the side, just as I like it. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.
What. I?ve herd over the years their food was not good. But we was close by and wanted something new. Co workers did not lie! The pork you can tell was oven made and fries where air fried. I can?t get over the taste?. So so bad I found a place I?ll nevergo again. But not a big deal but the employees where short and could tell they hate there job. I regret spending money at this restaurant. I ordered the brisket plate and brisket burnt ends plate, and both were extremely dry and tasted like they had been reheated multiple times. There was no moisture or flavor left in the meat, and no amount of sauce could salvage it. Burnt ends are supposed to be tender and bursting with flavor, like "meat candy," but I received dry, overcooked beef with a fatty cap. I will not be returning to this place, as it is nowhere near the level of Texas-style BBQ that I am used to. As a Texan, I am ashamed of this poor representation of our food.
Late lunch on west side in Dothan. Not my first time but the 4th at different intervals. Honestly it just does seem to get better. This was my last trip in. Individuals acted like here it is if you want it, food was cold and bread was as hard as abaseball. I really thought for a minute I would have to go chop my own brisket which came with extra plastic wrap mixed in. BBQsauce is always great and with the variety, but this time had a turn-off sauce to cleaners materials and dirty wet odor ragsthat at least someone had tried to clean the place. It made that anyone would not want any sauce with it right there. The pricefor a brisket plate and tea was close to $19.00 for lunch which even with increase cost factors in our world seemed highespecially when the meat came out. Instead of continuing on, let me just say that it needs some serious work or it will soonbecome the second BBQ restaurant to go in and out very quickly. Attitudes and cold food have to get better to make it, but forme? my last trip.
I placed an online order for the potato with mac brisket. I picked it up an hour before the restaurant closed and drove home. However, when I opened the container, it only contained mac brisket. I called the restaurant and was told that they were out of potatoes. They should have informed me of this when I picked up my order, as I would have chosen something else entirely.
