Filia - Dortmund

Since my niece was very fond of Filia after her first visit, we decided to eat there once together. Said we reserved a table that is really recommended for the high guest appearance. I can say we were not disappointed. We were very kindly greeted by the managing director who led us to our place. Our table was very pleasant in the shade of the place because I would not like to sit outside near the large window fronts on the bright sunshine. The device is not overloaded, the seats are comfortable. The card was quickly taken to the table and we first gave up our drink order. When the drinks were brought, we had already decided: My niece took Souvlakia (3 pig teeth) with Pommes Friten and also a part of the Metaxas sauce. I decided to bake Kotopoulou Fourniou in Metaxasoße with cheese and also pommes. Both dishes were quickly prepared and served. Everything corresponded to our expectations and tasted excellent. When paying there was the obligatory Ouzo on the house. Unlike many others, I have no objection to Ouzo. The services were fast and friendly, without artificial overhead. The Filia is, by the way, one of the few places I know where a sign announces the auxiliary dog at the entrance. I'm sure the place will see me again when everything is to be planned.

After meeting with a friend we wanted to eat together on Saturday night on weekends, he reserved a table at the Filia restaurant by phone. We met near the restaurant and when we ran there, I was very amazed because I knew this building where a Viennese forest restaurant was previously housed and later was the wood carnival in Dortmund. Through the windows we could see that the place was visited very well and some people stayed in front of the building. We went in and were very friendly and then accompanied on the reserved table. That was on the back of the place. I liked the whole facility I could see. An employee came quickly and asked for our drinks, from the menu we chose our dishes and were able to place the order directly as the drinks were served. Our order was brought to the table very quickly and, as you can see on the photos, was also very beautiful and appealing. It has all tasted excellent and the service was very attentive and has now asked if everything is too satisfied. Funny we found the presentation from the Ouzo to the house, which was placed on the table in a small iron bottle with two pins. The price-performance ratio is particularly remarkable here, I know other Greek restaurants where it is not so good and expensive. My meal Souvlaki with surcharge costs 13.90€, the Metaxasauce €2,50. We look forward to a return here. Parking is possible against the parking lot or the surrounding side streets. These are partly payable. There is also a garage nearby. The restaurant is also easily accessible by public transport.

Unfortunately long waited and then the pommes were cold

We order regularly in filia and the food also tastes delicious! unfortunately we had delivered something different than ordered. the delivery time is too long. so eat almost cold.

Tastefully really good, but the amount for the price is a bad sweat.
