I stayed one night in this hotel for work, very nice, super helpful staff, beautiful view, the room is the classic Venetian room but the view from my room is very beautiful, you wake up and it looks out between one canal and another. The cafe on the embankment brought diluted cocktails, not what was stated on the menu, and did not give a “complimentary snack” with the cocktails until we asked “Why?” Service: 2 Location: 5
