Spices - Doncaster

After waiting over 40 minutes for our food to arrive, it was cold. My wife's chicken starter was very disappointing - the chicken was cold and there were only a few bits of salad. I ordered a pizza which was also cold and very greasy. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with a BBQ base and a chicken burger on Saturday, April 22nd. It took over an hour for our order to be delivered, and when it finally arrived, everything was stone cold. The pizza looked like it had been cut by a child and did not have the BBQ base as requested. The burger tasted like it had been microwaved. When we called the restaurant to complain, they quickly ended the phone call. The food quality was poor, and the customer service was even worse. I would not recommend eating or ordering from this place. It was a terrible experience.

The menu on UberEats clearly states that the one person set meal includes one curry, one onion bhaji, one naan bread, and one pilau rice. Despite ordering the same meal in the past and receiving all the components, tonight's order did not come with rice. When I asked for the missing rice, the restaurant refused to provide it and insisted that it was not part of the deal, despite evidence to the contrary. The overall service was terrible, with many incorrect orders and items arriving cold. This company lies to its customers and tries to blame UberEats for its own mistakes. I would recommend avoiding Spices takeaway at all costs. It ruined what should have been a special family evening. Save your money and steer clear of this company.

I 've ordered from Spices a few times and each time their delivery time gets longer and longer. Currently, I 've been waiting an hour and thirty minutes for a pizza, wings and chips. Not the most complicated dishes to make... Im all for supporting small local business but this is the last time for me. When you call the shop they fob you off with its out for delivery, it 'll be with you in 10 minutes ... that was 30 minutes ago. By the time the food does get here it will be cold and unediable, I 'm done with spices. There are better places with better customer service.

Would not recommend at all no taste to the food what so ever and all poppadoms were soft won't be having another one
