The chef even treated us to a tiny caprese skewer as an appetizer.My tuna was sushi grade and perfectly seared. The mojito was one of the best, most flavorful I have had, a perfect compliment.My husband requested a surf and turf combination, which they custom created to his taste with enthusiasm. He found the dorado to be one of the best tasting fish he’s ever sampled. Definitely worth a repeat.Each dish is artfully plated and graciously served.I’ll make this a must visit every time I am nearby.
