Most delicious meal I've had in a while from any fastfood

They employees are very rude I was asking about the JR bacon Cheeseburger the girl that takes the drive thru orders are very rude she kept cutting me off wasn't trying to answer my questions Fr. They only got two stars cus they food good.

It take forever to get your food but it’s a good restaurant as far as taste and cleanliness

Last night I went to this Wendy in dolton, IL the customer service is horrible they are very rude I order a sandwich and fries just for it to be cold who wants cold food so I pulled back through the drive to explain to them my order is cold literally everything after that they proceeded to try to fix my order and still got it wrong I then tell them I want a refund cause like who finna be dealing with that they begin to tell me that they doesn't give out refunds so I begin to tell them that if I don't receive a refund I'm not moving my car I will be holding up their line they tell me that they will have to call the police I told them that's what they gonna have to do I set hold up there line for 30 min until they finally called the police and the talk to them and begin to get my side of the story they have worker working in there with no nets on their head and with bonnet and Durags they out very rude and disrespectful !!!!! This is a very unprofessional business and poor customer service

Cashier was extremely rude. I said thank you after she handed me my food and she slammed the window. I feel like if people don't want to be at work they shouldn't go. I didn't do it. I won't be going back to that wendys again.
