This is the best Mexican restaurant that I have eaten at in Colorado. This is better than the options in Metro Denver, Greeley, Fort Collins by far. I ordered a combination plate with a shredded beef taco, shredded beef enchilada, a pork tamale. All three of them were delicious. It was unique how the taco had a fried tortilla to make it a hard shell. The combo also came with rice and refried beans, which was also good. The free chips and salsa were both tasty and homemade. I enjoyed the guacamole that I ordered as well. I got seated very quickly and the food was prepared reasonably fast. The manager of this place was also friendly. The ambience is beautiful. It's like a lodge with Mexican decor. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone in the Four Corners region.
