Bidrage med feedbackToday caribou made me hate coffee. Unprofessional barista gave us a completely different order. He gave us 2 hot lattes instead of 2 ice mochas and 1 macchiato. When I asked where is the third drink, he just made another cafe latte . How can a coffee shop this popular, give us such awful service and drinks? Who is going to answer? Who is going to take an action to put a limit to this unprofessional behavior? Not visiting Caribou ever again. WORST COFFEE SHOP EXPERIENCE EVER.
Nice place. Great atmosphere. Friendly stuff. Reasonable price.
It's a nice place to go to when having a break from work, or to study. However, their coffee is too roasted and bitter, mind you, I don't like sugar in my coffee.
Mainly a college hangout. Still a good place for long chats and coffee.
