Parker's Country Diner and Take-Out

This charming diner is themed around Coca Cola and features many delightful decorations to enjoy while waiting for your meal. We ordered the ham cold plate and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the real ham. The creamy potato salad was a perfect addition. Breakfast is only served on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings.

It's not a fast food outlet. Good food needs time! This is one of our always favorite spots for breakfast. The food is great as the service. If you have decaffeinated coffee, recommend picking up a cup in Tim's hand.

The food is not bad once you receive it. The service is very slow, but it's worth the wait. The prices are average. The cozy hometown atmosphere is beautiful!

Stop for an afternoon treat and enjoyed some big rum and rosin and some chocolate brownie hard I cream. Served in a cup or a bowl, the portions are quite generous and the ice is very delicious.

We made a stop on our way back to Saint John and were thoroughly impressed. Although there was a bit of a wait for our food (we were informed in advance which was appreciated), it was definitely worth it. I ordered the big crunch chicken burger with curly fries and I couldn't be happier. The chicken breast was real, which was a pleasant surprise for a small establishment. The staff, particularly the ladies working there, were efficient and very friendly.
