Dildo Dory Grill - Division

During my visit to Newfoundland, I stopped in Dildo for a late lunch. As someone with a gluten allergy, eating out can be difficult. Luckily, this restaurant had a separate fryer for gluten-free food only. I opted for the fish and chips, which were delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The fries were also very tasty. The other two people in my group were also pleased with their meals. The service was attentive and quick, and the location right on the water was lovely, especially on a sunny day. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Three of us ate here at noon and liked the food and thought the service was great. We especially liked the homemade tea biscuits and wish we had something to take home. The prices were also very reasonable.

We stayed on the way to Trinity for dinner with 6 adults and 4 tired children. We had fish and chips and children had children. Local beer and a very friendly and helpful waitress! We sat outside with a beautiful water view! Great time and many laugh about Captain Dildo!

We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We waited a long time to place our order, and then after almost an hour we noticed that other customers were being served before us. When we asked the waitress about our order, she admitted that she had neglected to place it in the kitchen. We were told our food would be ready soon, but after waiting for almost an hour and a half since we arrived, we still hadn't been served any food.

Stop for lunch, enjoyed everything they ordered and our waitress was beautiful. Photo op with Captain Dildo statue a must!
