Bidrage med feedbackWendy’s North Vancouver. Washroom paper towel dispenser and electric hand dryer broken. Dirty overflowing garbages in the dining room.Staff zero percent attentive. Staff failed to put one burger into our order even after we said we wanted it and they said okay. Therefore we had to wait for another order once the problem was discovered. The rest of our food got cold. Cold French fries.Staff forgot to give another burger that was paid for until we asked about it. Forgot to give fries and drink with combo order. Failed to provide margarine for baked potato. Fire the manager!Date of visit March 3, 2024 at 4:30 pm
Had a small post workout snack. Was pretty satisfying for the price paid The staff were also nice and friendly.
Drive through take out.Forgot the dips and had to go back. Overall good
Apparently according to other reviews it’s VERY hit or miss here. I don’t know, but I’ve tried about 4 times in the past half year and none have been good. Worst fast food experience around. Can never seem to get the order correct and it takes so long can not really be claimed “fast food.” When prices were less expensive maybe these could be overlooked but (and to be fair this is an issue with costs at all fast food) prices have gone up and portion sizes gone down. Just massively disappointing all around. I won’t ever go to this Wendy’s again.
Every time I try to give this Wendy’s another chance, I remember why I never go there. 9:15am, full breakfast menu up. order a sauce breakfast wrap, lady says sorry we’re serving lunch, I say, it’s 9 am? and she says “so you want the sausage wrap” like huh? I just drove off, how’re you gonna make food when you don’t know what planet you’re even on. Like, clarify the confusing things you just said, sorry, I was mistaken, don’t just carry on and make zero sense. Not a SOUL in the drive thru either.
