Bidrage med feedbackAfter enduring an agonizingly long wait at Wendy's, I was left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Despite minimal customer traffic, the wait for my food stretched on endlessly. It's unacceptable to keep patrons waiting for such a basic service, especially when there's no apparent reason for the delay. I waited 20 mins for my food. Wendy's needs to seriously improve its efficiency and customer service standards.
Kid-friendliness: Yes. As long as there's a responsible adult attending to them.Wheelchair accessibility: The only wheelchair accessibility that particular Wendy's has is parking spaces.
Didn’t expect much because it is fast food and I never had issues until the other day. A black woman with multiple piercings and long nails served me. They knowingly gave me a cup full of pulp for some reason and was rude to me and refused to give me a receipt. I didn’t notice the drink color until I got home. So disgusted.
My sandwich was horrible and I couldn't eat it. I had the double burger sandwich and it was burned or precooked either was it was nothing to be served to the
Customer service here is the worse. Maybe the food would be ok if they could get the order right.
