Arby's - Dillsburg

Asked for Roast Beef Cheddar. OPENED UP SANDWICH. NO CHEDDAR.

4 hours from home...Was kind of busy. Staffing was short, and the personnel there seemed overwhelmed, but they kept the line moving. Kudos. Soda machine leaked all over my hand, and it wasn't until our meal was done that sauce cups were replaced we used a soda lid ? . Plenty of room to sit as 90% of service seemed to be coming out in to go bags.I'll never complain about the food at an Arby's though.

I called to confirm their hours as all the drive-thru lights were out ... she hung up on me. Rude as hell.

Food was a good, atmosphere and service weren't great. Especially the inside of the store, I was disappointed in that for sure.

I usually only go through the drive thru and unfortunately it is depressing when the order taker gets on the speaker. It sets a really low energy and does not make me even want to order. At the window it's normally a continuation of the melancholy atmosphere. Just need the employees to be slightly cheerful. Thank you
