Bidrage med feedbackGreat place to eat in Digby. We had a table outside right next to the glass and the beautiful view of Digby harbour. The location of the restaurant is perfect for an outdoor meal with a view. The seafood here was impeccable. Had a scallop starter and the scallop stuffed lobster for a main. It was incredible and I highy recommend it. All of the food in our party was perfectly cooked and as fresh as you couldl get it. Staff is very knowledgable about the menu and if you have questions, they can answer it. Our server, unfortunatley I forget her name, showed the true marinetime hospitality and made us feel welcome. All of the staff exhibit this, and it makes for an enjoyable evening.I would recommend eating here, and if you want a spot on the patio near the glass, make reservation ahead of time, or have you're inn/motel/B&B etc. make one for you.
Malare was an attentive server. We started with a delicious lobster chowder. We shared a tasty fish and chips along with Mussels, shrimp and bacon wrapped scallops. We have eaten here in the past and will do so on future visits.
We had dinner at Fundy Restaurant on our one night in Digby. It was convenient to the suite we were staying in right next door. We both ordered the steamed lobster and scallop dinner and really enjoyed it. I paired it with a local white wine which was quite good. We sat inside but had a great water view. Our server was helpful with recommendations and was attentive. Overall a good dinner - but a bit on the pricey side.
Our family loved this restaurant so much we can't wait to come back! Food and service was spectacular. Malare (Malerie) was an outstanding server... I would ask for her again. Absolutely recommended for anyone visiting Digby NS!
We were told this was the place to go...and when we arrived, the place is very nice, we even got a spot on the deck. Ordered the seafood sampler to start and they done the Scallops fine in Bacon but the Mussels were ruined... who ever tried to cook them either has no idea, or forgot and left them steaming far too long.The Main Course was a seafood Linguine which was far over cooked to the point of just a mush of pasta but it was arguably better than the New york steak i tried ! very poor cut. Left there $235 bucks lighter and very Disappointed .
