Supervisor always delivers my meal, staff in knowing. go at least once a month in the last 12 years, was never sick! only what I would change is the gluten-free engraving that I don't care for, got ingwer in it. not good for a poutin. wish her original engraving was gluten-free.

Separate GF menu. hugging and ripening gf. separate friier for frits. traditional sauce is gf, but mild is not. waiters are very knowledgeable. meal came with a mini-Canada flag on a toothpick to sign gf.

Chicken and ribs are gluten free and they have a dedicated fryer for fries. Staff very aware of gluten free and cross contamination.

Ive never been sick from Swiss chalet. They have a gluten free menu and separate fryer. 4 stars safety because there is chance of contamination

I've ordered from this restaurant a few times and had good experiences. They told me that they have a dedicated fryer (so fries are gluten-free and dairy-free) and that the chicken (from the 1/4 chicken meal) and garden salad (without dressing) were also gluten-free and dairy-free. I think their house salad dressing is actually dairy-free and gluten-free but I didn't try it. My food was labelled gluten-free and dairy-free. Overall I felt safe and I will order from this restaurant again.
