Second Cup - Dieppe

We chose a morning bike ride and for a coffee and a bite into the second cup. looked outside on their terrace. very relaxing.

I usually go to this restaurant when I want a treat, even though it's pricey. In the past, I was always sure that the drinks were worth it. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The drinks have been bitter, overly sweet, or just not made correctly. Mistakes happen, but the customer service has been consistently terrible. On one visit, I ordered several drinks for my group and was not informed of the total cost. After waiting over 10 minutes for our drinks, I was told by the worker at the window, named Barbara, that there was a line ahead of us. Two of the drinks were also incorrect. When I tried to get them fixed, Barbara avoided me and hid in the back. Another time, when I tried to place an order, Barbara only spoke to me in French, even though I responded in English. She seemed annoyed and unprofessional. I have not returned since. On a recent visit, Barbara was still rude and dismissive. She did not even acknowledge me when I returned the machine and said thank you. I am extremely disappointed with her behavior and do not understand how management allows it. I used to enjoy coming here, but I will take my business elsewhere if this is the type of service I can expect. Thank you for listening.

A few days ago for coffee and baked at this place stopped. the personal was friendly and welcoming. the atmosphere is really beautiful and relax here. they offer free Wi-Fi about it so I could do some work, as well as on my computer. highly recommended.

We recently tried the frozen white hot chocolate at this restaurant and found it to be absolutely fantastic. It was so delicious that we even ended up buying some of it to enjoy at home. Along with this, they also offer many other amazing coffee drinks. We highly recommend stopping by this place if you are in the area.

I live near the Second Cup in Dieppe and have always enjoyed their fresh and delicious coffee. The outdoor seating area with a fireplace is very charming. Inside, the seating is comfortable and they offer free wi-fi. The staff at this location is excellent, always welcoming with a smile and even remembering their regular customers. I've visited so often that I no longer need to place an order, as it is already prepared when I reach the cash register.
