Grill Take Away /padaria /pastelaria

I do not recommend . Today, Easter day, I had ordered a dose of suckling pig and it came without suckling pig sauce, WHEN I HAD ORDERED FRIED POTATOES AS AN ACCOMPANIMENT AND IT CAME PUNCHED POTATOES. When I had ordered the portion of suckling pig and the portion of picanha, I asked if it came with beans, to which they told me YES, but they served it WITHOUT BEANS. Finally, I had ordered a 1 kg cake with sugar dough and I specifically said that I would prefer it to come with one a little less than 1 kg more and almost 2 kg of cakes arrived when I had only ordered 1 kg and I asked for pink flowers and the cake arrived all white. I tried to call there and they answered and hung up on me. I don't recommend this take-away to anyone as it's not the first time they've been mistaken in this way. If it was just a mistake, I would still notice it, but now making almost every mistake in the order is unacceptable.

Very good flexible fast serving and top ambience ..so not bad with price general is OK

We went out to eat on Sunday. I thought it was a closed party or a separate celebration going on, but that wasn't the case: it was just very well attended. Even though we arrived late, the waitress was still able to serve us grilled meat. a la carte Fine fresh food, nice service, busy restaurant, price completely OK. Come more often from now on. Thanks

NEVER. The worst experience I have had to date in terms of service, which in turn came from the so-called BOSS. We ordered 3 doses of mixed grill individually, which were served as follows: one dose on a tile and two other supposed doses on another tile, which were clearly not double the individual dose that came on the other tile. When we complained, what we were told by the BOSS was that we should have ordered the doses individually from the beginning, which we did, but out of their own freedom they decided not to do so because this way they could save on the doses served and carry out the theft they do, THEFT? YES, because the worst came at the end when it was time to pay, when the BOSS, who in her specialty of arrogance and lack of professionalism, wanted to charge us for the tickets that were not consumed, when asked about this issue we showed our dissatisfaction and said that we would not pay the olives and the bread, yes, because we had consumed it, but the BOSS, as she called herself, told us that if we didn't want to pay, we should have told them at the beginning when we sat down, in other words, we were being coerced into paying for a product that we didn't consume just because it was on the table and we DID NOT GUESS that we would have to point out that since we didn't order or consume we wouldn't pay. anyway... I thought that for 2 francs a huge mess had been created until I felt better with my conscience when I realized that the same confusion was created by the bad professionalism and bad faith of this employee called BOSS who clearly has no idea how to serve the public, manage conflicts, and not try to steal customers in a disguised way and in a clear burn out situation. But of course it's all a matter of perspective...I won't be back, not even to eat some olives
