Restaurante Colomvivo gourmet - Dibulla

Being a costeño I've had tasted all the seafood you can imagine, all around the caribean shore in my country (Colombia) and also in some other Mediterranean countries.I went to the place not knowing what was expecting me. The place is not ostentatious, but it has a great vibe, the attention put in the customer is awesome, the make you feel like family. Now for the food, I tried the 250 gr ceviche mix and I'm not joking when I tell you it was by far the best ceviche I've ever had. The staff there is just not selling food they give you an experience. Went out of the place with a smile on my face. 100% recommended

I don't really easy rave about food places, but this place really deserves the rating it has on tripadvisor. First of all they only serve raw food, the only thing that isn't raw is the cooked rice. So it basically its a salad and ceviche place. Now this sounds rather dull, but make no mistake, I tried a few of their dishes and they were all mouth watering. The Bogotan chef puts is heart into the cooking and it shows in every single dish. The salads are delicious and nothing like the typical salads you usually find in Colombia. And dont get me started on the ceviche or rice seafood dish. The latter being one of the best dishes I had this year. I hope they continue with this place, as I will return to Palomino soon and have my food in this outstanding restaurant.

We had an excellent time in Colomvivo. So good and kind service and great food. Also an excellent choice for your pocket.

If you are in Palomino. You must visit this lovely, delicious and nice place; run by his owners. Is not just the food but the place, the music and the love they out into their business. I truly recommend it because is the best restaurant i town.
