The Salad Station - D'Iberville

Had lunch today with my Dad and long time friend, so conversation was going to be as important as the tasty salad. The CHOPPING BEHIND THE COUNTER was louder than could’ve been imagined and disrupted conversation for everyone in the restaurant. Further, it went on for many minutes at a time. I estimate half of our visit was disrupted by the very loud, consuming, CHOPPING, CHOPPING, CHOPPING, CHOPPING……. Our friend, who eats there often, said that it goes on and on, every time he eats there. For me, it was a dealbreaker. The $18 salad and drink was fine, but PLEASE let your customers enjoy their meal in peace.

This is a great place to get healthy food! Are you a vegan or vegetarian? Find solace in this restaurant! I love the “BYO” (build your own) salad option. Many of their salads come with meat, so being able to make what you want based on allergies or preferences is awesome! The avocado dressing is great. All the ingredients were crisp, fresh, etc. Pictured is a BYO salad and a side of the Greek pasta salad.

I had my car in the shop down the street and got hungry. It was recommended that I try this place. I enjoyed my salad so much and there was a large variety of options to choose from. I will definitely be back when I come back in townVegetarian options: A large variety to choose from

First time coming here and it has easily become my favorite salad spot. you make your own salad with literally any toppings you can possibly think of! the whole place is extremely clean and you have to wear gloves to make your salad which makes it even more sanitary. i got some herb chicken on the side and it was really good! everything is so fresh and i can’t wait to come back!!!! p.s. your salad cost is based on the weight of your salad!
