Bidrage med feedbackRose is the best! Love stopping here on my way home from work to get a heff, all their beers are great but that one is my favorite. Rose is always so kind and welcoming and the food is great as well. Keep up the good work!
Have beer, wine, and cider. The food is good and the service is solid. It's missing a star for me because neither the beer or wine is fantastic. Just was alright
The perfect combination is happening at Solid Ground Brewing and Winery, when a winemaker and brewmaster collaborate. they are pushing the boundaries of beer using wine making techniques. Such as, barrel age projects and blending wine into beer to create harmonious hybrids. Their 2022, Ria won a double gold in the San Francisco Chronicle wine competition and best of show at the international canned wine competition. The brewery conveys a log cabin feel with high ceilings, tall tables and a brick tap wall. The chicken sandwich was tasty, but the shoelace fries were my favorite. This could be a good date spot if bar games were available. There is live music on the weekends, which might make it difficult to talk if you were on a date. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY
Absolutely love this place. Beer is delicious yet you can find a flavor for any palate including Ciders and wine. The fried chicken sandwich is killer. Try it with a side of buffalo sauce. Staff is extremely friendly and the usually have live music on the weekends. Wish the dirty fries would come back.
3/30/2023: Cranberry Rosehips, Syrah, and Strawberry Salad are my libations/food inhalations this visit to SGB~lol! First, SGB's Strawberry Salad marries well whether it's inhaled with Coconino, a Stout Beer, Syrah or Cranberry Rosehips Cider.Second, I haven't partaken SBG' libations since, 1/2023, i.e., it's been exactly, FOUR months; it's time inhaling a cider verses inhaling SBG's beer selection. Moreover, I rarely drink so, I consider drinking SGB's Cider as candy, a sweet treat, a reward for completing my short 2023 goals . . .Third, upon tasting a sample of both Cranberry Rosehips and Strawberry Rhubarb, I chose Cranberry Rosehips filling my Cloverdale Papa's Growler; Strawberry Rhubarb Cider tasted a bit too tart with a mild, bitter, bite back . . . I guess the Rhubarb added that TARTY TWANG!Fourth, the Syrah~Ahhhh, yes! The Syrah will be transported to SF Bay Area around mid-April for an ocean picnic adventure.BTW: No, Officer Friendly~IT'S NOT AN OPEN CONTAINER, i.e., it's completely SEALED and stored inside my Yeti Cooler!
