Pizza Hut Express - Diamond Bar

I like this Pizza Hut. The nice credit back my account after I made hugh mistake by ordering from the wrong Pizza Hut around 3ish on March 12, 20. Thank you young Lady.

We are very dissatisfied with our order. It was over 40 minutes late from time it left the oven. We asked for extra sauce on the pizza, and there was not extra sauce. The app expected us to tip, but the service was so sub-par when I called just looking for an order update, I feel like I was robbed.

Yes Diamond Bar Pizza Hut has closed. it was never better than when manager America was running things. They had some great pan pizza.

Once I walked in just looks at me starts shaking her head idk if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what. as I'm adding more to my order she gets the receipt that comes out from the back and just pulls it with attitude like girl if you aint happy with your job you can go work ELSE WHERE!!! Never again first LAST time I'll be coming here. UPDATE so I ordered a pizza and wings but since when don't the wings come with ranch? I go inside to receive my order and the lady that was with the attitude charged me for a ranch when I clearly purchased wings all of the other Pizza Hut never charge me for ranch when I buy wings. RIDICULOUS

Not much for reviews but this had to be posted. Both humerous and maddening rolled into one. Arrive for curb side pizza and 10 minutes after goes by and no walk up. I go inside, ask for my curbside pizza and they can't figure out where it is. 5 min later guys walks in and says this isn't my veggie lovers pizza its meat lovers. Worker takes said pizza from him and hands it to me. I say, you can't give me this pizza. She says why?....why. She said why cant I give you this pizza. I said because I don't know where this pizza has been, and you can't give food to a customer that has been in another customer's hands. Oh and ya know the whole corona virus thing going around. She said, well it'll take 15 more minutes. Not sorry, not yes you're right, my bad. So I replied, I guess I'm gonna have to wait 15 more minutes aren't I. Pizza comes out. No I'm sorry. No nothing. Here dude. And now I've become a Yelp blogging troll. Thank you pizza hut worker.
