Operation: Falafel - Dhahran

Very surprised about the disorganized service. Half order came early, the remaining order came late. Our falafel order didn't look like the photo shown. Falafel sandwich was cold, explanation was given that they serve cold , we asked to heat up as we like it hot but still came back semi warm. Had to wait for a long time after we had eaten our falafel sandwich for our cheese flat bread . One waiter was very apologetic about our wait for our food which was kind of him. We like the atmosphere of Ajdan Walk and thought to try this place. Food was tasty but overall disorganized service let the whole experience down.

Enjoyed dinner at Operation Falafel at Ajdan Walk Khobar. Before I placed my order, I spoke to the server about my food allergies and gluten concerns. We spoke to the chef, who kindly came to the table and suggested several “safe” dishes. I had the kabab and chicken dish with fries, humus and pickles. It was really tasty and satisfying. It was also a very generous portion, enough for 2 people! Next time, I would bring my own gluten free bread to make a sandwich! The seating is not ideal but the service was good. Hope to be back soon and try other gluten free dishes!

I was starving and no chance for photography Positives Wide-range of food options and menu was perfect for our breakfast Special falafel was very good Grilled halloumi was one of my favorite! Taste and texture were wonderful Scrambled egg came exactly like what I ordered Bread is so good (a bit thick) Negatives Too busy as always but staff is very efficient and friendly. A little bit of waiting for the bread after the food had arrived

From my experience I order it Delivary one time the second I am I at the place to taste the food dine in. It was fantastic, but only one thing the price for Falafel and shawarma seriously it is local food and should be handy for every one. At the end I understand it could be the renting price and location always control the prices . Thanks for the people they are friendly, smily and fast in services.
