Heavy's Barbecue - Devine

Brisket and chicken with beans, Coleslaw and a peach bull. Delicious. Meat was very delicate and tasty. People are nice at home

I love Heavy's! You can smell the mesquite wood smoke only by driving. They have traditional South Texas soft smoked brisket, which is topnotch frame. They also have sausage, chicken, pork, ribs and other excellent meats. Everything's so good. I think I'll try the smoked ribs for lunch. If you like grill, this is your place. The staff is friendly and polite. Come and enjoy!

You have good BBQ, and it is always consistent. I usually get the chicken and it never disappointed me. The brisket is also well cooked and a good quality meat; this is a huge plus cause some places have terrible quality meat, either too fat or not fat enough. The only thing I don't like in this place is that sometimes the employees are quite rude with us.

Our orders are usually large for office meetings. The order is ready when we pick it up. The staff is very polite that they even help us take the order to our vehicle. The barbeque (whether it is brisket, sausage or turkey), potato salad and beans are always delicious. One of the office lovers is the Heavy D. As a sidebar, but equally important, the restaurant is beautiful and clean.

We always stop at Heavy's BBQ on the way to the Coast for a Incredible lunch and enough Brisket to go to keep me happy until we come back through Devine on the way home!!!! Great BBQ, Friendly Staff, and a Wonderful Atmosphere for Family and Friends!!!
