Ideal to go in love, family or for great events (baptism, birthday, wedding etc.). There's a private room upstairs. I recommend! 10mn wheeln
A family meeting had gathered us in this restaurant that has existed since 1930. It is a former post-post where good weather then reigned. the rooms have preserved a certain cachet that lets augur for a good time and a tasty cuisine as we once knew. Unfortunately, Mr.Laine is no longer in charge of this famous restaurant located in deville the wheelen. With such a past and such a cuisine over the years, one could hope for a service, a kitchen and dignified services.But nothing was up to it. fully unorganized reception, air-conditioning room, heavy atmosphere, service and very poorly coordinated servers, toilets quite neglected in terms of cleanliness and hygiene.As for the kitchen, without being bad we had nothing exceptional or tasty. I was not marvelled or transported but only disappointed and stayed on my fam, the other members of my family were also disappointed. mustard and ketchup bottles, made of plastic, on the table were identical to those of a self-service for fast restoration; the salt and peppers were dirty, the cloths were certainly dirty, but the old tasks were still marked. The table towels were in paper. Certainly this establishment has been a reputation - since 1930 - in marriages, banquets, groups, family meetings etc. but in 2016-17; We are no longer in the performances and qualities we had in the 1950s-60-70s.Damage and this is revealed because several members of my family entrusted it to me at the exit "it was not great, we are very disappointed". in the sun, we could have hoped to take dessert or coffee on the terrace, but it was not proposed or accepted when a member of my family asked the question. one cannot, in the same ethics, in the same place, organize the awakening of the sylvestre, family banquets, weddings, menus valentine and stay consistent on a quality cuisine and service. Too much diversity, too much quantity, too fast, of modernism kills the origin of this place so loaded in history. It's an address that I wouldn't hold and I wouldn't even come back in case of a family meeting.
Although the decoration dates a little but the kitchen is excellent. Fresh products, simple cuisine, efficient service and nothing to say.
We take a supreme pleasure in attending this restaurant for the excellence of its dishes. the setting is pleasant, warm welcome and attentive service. the menu of the Weekend to 37€ all inclusive enjoys a very good quality price. among the must-sees: the home foie gras plate and its two jams, the calfskin head ravigote sauce, the sweet treats of the pastry chef. A recommendation.
