The Brooklyn Street Local - Detroit

Literally worst service I’ve ever seen, didn’t even get served a glass of water while waiting for a wedding rehearsal at the bar.

We had the banana walnut pancakes, the brekwich, and the hangover special, and all were excellent. The fresh, high-quality ingredients were evident, showing the care put into each dish. Will definitely return when we come back to Detroit!

Food was great but patio was a complete disaster. Large group taking up the whole space long after they finished eating with no need for all the extra tables they had and their kids watching iPads at other tables. We needed a pet friendly space so we waited. When we were served the wasps descended. Table next to us were stung and we had to pack up and leave before we could even eat they were so aggressive. Absolutely nothing being done to mitigate the out of control wasp situation and no warnings. Eat inside, or don’t bother if you need to bring your dog.

If you get a chance to be in cork town Detroit you have to stop by for some breakfast. The food is so yummy!

Shanellie, Olivia Amina were AMAZING. Today was my BirthDay August 25th I had EXCELLENT Service, DELICIOUS Vegan Food Thankful for Celebrating Brunch today with them.
