Chicken Shack - Detroit

Oh my goodness, if I could give this place zero stars, I would! I had to pay $20.75 for food that was undercooked. When I asked for a refund or a replacement, they refused to do anything about it. I left without eating and the customer service was terrible!

The food quality at this restaurant is still good, but the prices have increased and the portions have become smaller. I was surprised that the wing pieces cost more than the 4-piece option, yet the pieces themselves were very small. I was disappointed to receive such a small amount of food after paying almost $20. Additionally, the black laces are now cut into smaller pieces as well.

Ordered from here and man oh man am I disappointed, for what I received I was better off eating a pack of ramen noodles. They fried everything too hard and for too long. I can barely bite into it. I usually get good food from here but not today. Whoever is cooking today 10/14/21 afternoon needs to be retrained or fired. Ain’t no way my potatoes should be this dry and hard, they’re usually buttery with seasoning. The chicken bites are hard as rocks. The fish is so hard I could slap someone with it. What a waste of time and money.
