Amazing eating, but restaurant had a bit of a need, so eating service was slow! would come back

We waited an hour for our meal. We ordered off the menu, no substitutions or issues. And no, we didn’t order paella. No bread or crackers were offered during our long wait. When we arrived we were the only people there of us). People who arrived after us, who DID order paella were served before us. When the food finally arrived, most of it was cold. The roasted potatoes, the tamale, and the shrimp were all room temp at best. When the waiter asked us how our meal was, we told him about it. He shrugged his shoulders and said one of the cooks quit. We ate what we could and left. We will not be returning.

The restaurant offered a reduced menu and was even from many items. the bar was dismantled. the dining room was empty except us and another couple. ambience was not present. the bon soup was skillful and tasteless. lachs was okay, but had to be sent back to finish. steak was good. the waiter told us that the restaurant was sold and converted under another concept. Good luck.

Over-priced. Low quality food (i.e. not authentic, bland, over cooked). Went on a Saturday, around dinner time; completely empty... I now know why Complete from my first experience here. Since the menu change (and I’m guessing chef change) everything has gone downhill. Unfortunate as I really liked this place before.

I said they were closed at the arrival, although they made a reservation on the open table app. really a shame as I was looking forward to the menu.
