Bidrage med feedbackAble to make reservations for this past Friday evening. We had a wonderful experience. Great wine selection. Had the Raymond Reserve Cab.. yummy. Appetizer was Beef Carpaccio.. crusty bread had great flavor and the beef was light enough to not fill us up. Next our entrees. I had the steak special.. butchers cut.. the cap of the ribeye. Great marble on it and tender. Ordered medium rare and cooked perfectly! Needed nothing else..My husband had the venison.. again medium rare.. tender and not gamey.
We had a delightful meal and enjoyed a fantastic dirty martini at Cuvée. The waiter was friendly and provided excellent service. We had a wonderful dining experience and hope to come back soon.

The food was AMAZING! And our server, Scott, was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations.
Our recent experience at the restaurant was disappointing. We have dined there a few times before, always having had good meals. This time, however, we chose the restaurant to celebrate a birthday and were let down. The bar was busy, but only one other table was seated in the restaurant and finished their meal shortly after we were seated. My dining partner ordered the special duck dish, but it turned out to be tough and chewy. He was offered a replacement entree, but it was too late as I had already finished my meal and he wasn't keen on waiting for another dish to be prepared. The staff was very nice and kindly comped his entree, but we no longer see this restaurant as a special occasion spot. We'd rather pay for good food than be comped for poor food.
