Roma's Italian Bistro Of Desoto

Nice little strip mall restaurant. They currently don 't have a liquor license, but they should have it very soon. The manager apologized and explained the situation. They were very busy with a table of 16 just before us, but they were able to serve us quickly enough.The menu said New York style pizza, which means thick crust, but they made a hand tossed regular crust on request. I had the shrimp with penne pasta. It was delicious, but the shrimp were regular 25-40 count shrimp, not the Tiger shrimp claimed in the menu.Vegetarian options: They have several meatless pasta and pizza options. I don 't think they have any vegan options, however.Parking: This is a strip mall with plenty of space in the parking lot.

First time trying romas. Great service, from cashier the evening of 05/07/23 was very friendly and pleasure to speak with. Pizza was pretty good, just a little greasy and somewhat difficult to eat. Garlic cheese bread, burnt and very crispy could only eat the middle area, definitely wouldn't order that again. The marinara they serve with it was warm and good.

This Roma’s use to be my favorite location until they changed the cook. Now, the fettuccine pasta doesn’t taste the same at all not in a good way either. I haven’t been to the DeSoto location in quite awhile because the one in Duncanville off Main Street is 1000% better!!!! Please get it together from the food to the customer service. Thanks!

I ordered a Chicken Alfredo Pasta, and I got pasta with compressed chicken that I had I had to fine. I was expecting an actual sliced chicken breast cut into slices. First, my oder was delayed by 30 minutes because it was never sent to the kitchen. To top it off, the owner did not even acknowledge the fact that I waited for over 30 minutes for the order. When I looked at the oder and asked where is the chicken, he said it's in there in small pieces. I was shocked when he said that. I asked for a refund and he said he does not give refunds....I was totally out done by that.

PHENOMENAL SERVICE AND FOOD!I stopped here for a quick bite to eat on my way out of town and I am so happy that I did! I got the Cajun Pasta and me and my friend were able to share it and STILL have some leftover! The owner was so sweet and attentive I left beyond satisfied and will have to make it a stop every time i come into town.
