Tempo - DESERT SPRINGS

The food at this restaurant is excellent and pairs perfectly with the attentive service. Indulge in a delightful array of delicious dishes in the bar lounge, all complemented by stellar bar service. The food is promptly served, beautifully presented, and expertly cooked to perfection.

We saw the ads on TV and it looked great so that we had pasta seafood for lunch. Hubby had both disappointed fish, he thought the fish was dry and my pasta really tasted like a skillful spag with a few pieces...squid thrown. Wouldn't return.

The restaurant has a pleasant, spacious atmosphere with plenty of room to dine without feeling crowded. Occasionally, casino staff may peek in to check on the room and guests, but there is ample space to enjoy your meal without any interruptions.

After hearing great reviews about the restaurant, my friend and I decided to make a night of it and booked a room at the casino for a special occasion. We each paid $170 for our room and went to the restaurant for dinner. It was just the two of us and we were the first to arrive. Unfortunately, they were out of apples for a dish on the menu and they didn't have bread for the dips we wanted to order. When we tried to order drinks, they were out of alcohol. When we finally ordered our food, they were also out of another dish we wanted. We had to constantly search for someone to serve us and our food took well over an hour to arrive, even though other tables who ordered after us received their food first. We ordered four supplements, but only received three and the staff seemed confused and unresponsive. We wanted to stay longer, but after inquiring about our bill, we decided to leave. The worst part of the night was when a rough man entered the restaurant and took a drink outside from the bar. Overall, the service was terrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone. It ruined what we had hoped would be a great night.

Hidden away at the back of the casino is this place called Tempo. A small tapas bar and cocktail area that delivered on tasty food and good drinks. There's only about 20 seats in the whole area and it was quiet on our night. However...the staff were friendly and food was good, particularly the chicken and beef skewers. Well worth a visit.
