Wyndham Chicago O'hare - Des Plaines

We stayed the night, parked our car here during our trip, and took the shuttle to the airport. Every part of that was great. Parking is behind the hotel and an office building so not just out on the main drag. Shuttle was easy to arrange and everything ran on time. Rooms have been updated recently.

Excellent experience staying and parking here for a flight out of O'Hare. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and water pressure in the shower was great. We were able to walk to a steak and shake to get dinner. The airport shuttle was easy and on time. In the morning the shuttle was full and they offered to get a cab for us.Only negative was finding the main entrance was a bit of a challenge, I could hear the neighbors and some noise in the hall during the night (thankfully quiet neighbors) and there was some strange drama going on between a cab driver and hotel desk. Otherwise great stay. Would stay again and would recommend.Walkability: Within walking distance of several places to eat and shopping.

Our experience was fantastic here. We stayed here with a voucher because of a delayed flight. The room we stayed in was clean and there was no odor. I didnt know they had a green way of changing the sheets and only change them every 3 days. So if you 'd like to guarantee fresh sheets, just let them know. Also if you need complimentary tooth brush, ask them at the front desk when you check in. The water pressure was STRONG and HOT. They didn 't have a free complimentary breakfast when we were there, however the Cafe there is nice. Their breakfast salsa was on point. Lastly, shout out to whoever the shuttle driver was the morning we left. He 's an amazing driver.

Bed bugs dried into the towels made me leery of this place from the moment we got there. Didn't see any alive bugs, but still. The location is great, making airport travel a breeze, and the workers are very efficient. We'll probably find another park and ride for future travel.

Sad because staff at this location was amazing. Woke up here with bad bed bug bites all over my body. staff accommodated one night free, but we stayed 5 nights and now possibly taking this home with us. Wyndham has really gone downhill. Bugs in room and bathrooms.
